Delivery service will not move or be responsible for moving any current items in the path of delivery. Path and space must be cleared prior to delivery or delivery may be rescheduled and another fee charged.LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. Buyer may not request a refund due to loss or damage to the Goods in transit. Upon the Seller's discretion, a Buyer may submit a claim of damaged products, provided that Seller receives such claim within two (2) days of delivery of the Goods. Any such claims must be accompanied by a delivery receipt, signed by carrier’s agent at time of delivery, photos of the damaged Goods or such claims will be waived. Seller also reserves the right to pick up the damaged Goods in exchange of new Goods or such claims will be waived.
